For all instances in which you ordered the wrong size, or wrong color and need an exchange, or provide the wrong phone number or wrong address resulting in unsuccessful delivery, or a longer delivery time due to the courier company or customs inspection, please remember that we don’t hold any inventory due to the nature of our business being print-on-demand.
All refunds, returns, or exchanges are subject to a $7 fee per item. This covers part of our printing costs and restocking fees. All exchanges must be in the same exact color and design only.
For all delivery failures caused by wrong address, changed address after shipment or wrong phone number, please provide the updated address to us and the logistics company in time. If the update is unsuccessful, the logistics company will return the package to the warehouse and will issue a re-delivery notice and deliver it to the correct address. Please note that we cannot provide a free refund for failures caused by incorrect personal information, and a 50% fee will be deducted.
Due to different monitor resolutions and special vintage craftsmanship, the color of the clothes may be different. Please refer to the actual product. The return and exchange policy due to color deviation of clothes is the same as above.
Please note that there is a small chance that your package will be randomly inspected by customs. Please expect a longer arrival time. If customs accidentally inspect your package, we will help to continue tracking, and your express will eventually arrive. Due to uncontrollable factors, we cannot make a full refund for this. If you need a refund, please pay $8 per item to obtain a refund and return it to us when you finally receive the product.
*We can’t start on your exchange until we receive the returned goods! The weight of all short-sleeved T-shirts is close to 300-350g per piece. When we received the rerturn pakcage, we will check the weight of the package to ensure that the T-shirt is not damaged.
**You are responsible for all shipping costs.
***When the logistics system shows that the package has been delivered to the designated address, we cannot perform any operations on the order. If the package has not been received, you need to show the parcel loss certificate provided by the logistics company to apply for re-delivery.
